A Family ( Famiglia, Familia) is a organization in which a mafioso(mafia member) works within. But it is more than just that. Those who are a part of this operations become true family of the boss. Because of this even those born without of a blood of a certain family will be born with that family name.

A Family is like a vigilante, in some ways, as it protect the people outside of what is see as the law. However since they are not seen as the law many are quite refuse on where they stand. Each Family member since the time they join or born usually wears formal attire when around family and usually punished if not dressed so. The clothes are a symbol of your respect for your family and dirty clothes, fads, and casual clothing are seen as disrespect of your family even as a child.
A family is usually made of these members:
* Messengers: A Messenger never carries weapons they send messages to families all over the planets, and are seen as the representatives of the families they belong to.
*Guardians: Amongst those who work for a boss, or heir there are those who hold a special place in that boss/heir heart this is seen because they are given the rank guardians, and rings with the family insignia
* Guardian of Storm
Defeat the enemy with a relentless stream of attacks that never falters. Always at the center of an attack, the furious storm that never rests.
* Guardian of Rain
To become a blessed shower. Requiem rain, that settles conflicts and washes everything away.
* Guardian of Sun
Destroying the misfortune that attacks the family with their own body, they become the sun that brightly shines upon an area.
* Guardian of Cloud
To be the aloof, drifting cloud that protects the Family from an independent standpoint, and whom nothing can ever bind.
* Guardian of Lightning
Draws the damage to themselves and away from the rest of the family, serving as a lightning rod.
* Guardian of Mist
Creating something from nothing, and nothing from something, thus bewildering the enemy. Rendering the family's true form intangible with vision of deceit.
* The Varia: The Varia are the Family's elite, independent assassination teams. They are composed of genius assassins who work in the deepest recesses of the Mafia. Each member takes on missions that are said to be impossible to accomplish by humans; however, they do not accept a mission unless they believe there is a 90% chance of success. Those that see them work often say that their high level assassination skills are demonic.
*Carri armati: Carri armati or Tanks are the front line of defense and offense of a Family. What they may lack in some skill the make up for in teamwork.
